This was perfectly sized and is very high quality. I love the texture of the pvc board.” &! I didn’t realize how great the flap door would suction. Our cats are figuring out how to push out into their catio slowly but surely!

We did have delays on our order, and once I contacted Cat Flap Fever Industries, the assured me this was not typical and were waiting on pvc from their vendor. They did expedite my order once received, which I appreciate!

We were adopted by an adorable feral panther back in August. As winter approached, we got him an insulated cat house with electric pad. It was fine, but with the raccoons and other wildlife, we wanted to give him access to one of the rooms in the basement. We purchased the plexiglass catflap and a dual scan RFID door and it's great. He learned to go out quickly and then learned he can come back in.
My only issue is insulation in a cold climate for double hung windows. We currently packed towels at the top and bottom. We will probably caulk instead. Here is our boy, Shadow, using his door.

Perfect fit for my window. The only thing I had to purchase was window sealant to put around the window. But other than that, it fits pretty secure and will probably keep the evening cold air out. Perfect for my cats that like to come in and out.of the house. This is a real treasure. Before I bought the insert, I was using everything from syrofoam to cardboard, which made the window look unsightly on the outside. The workman ship on the insert is excellent.

This works so great for my apartment. The kitties can use the litter box outside on the balcony which really helps w smells/litter wounds to human feet. The customer service is beyond helpful. I would have def ordered the wrong size had they not sent helpful pics and detailed instructions. I really appreciate the great quality of the car flap insert as well as the attention to customer service. And thanks for the song every time the cats use “Cat Flap Fever…🎶”!

Easy to order, easy to install… had to bribe to cat as well as instruct him on usage. But %100 satisfied and I think my neighbor is about to order one when I showed him mine.

Well made, seals much better for the winter than what I had jury rigged before.

High quality board, no paint required did need my Dremel to trim about 1/8" off one end to get it to slide into place.

The magnet on the door keeps it closed on a windy day.

This cat door was exactly as promised! If you measure just exactly as they tell you, you’ll be ok. It was a little snug at first but with a little bit of work it popped right in and is so secure! My cats started using it right away.

We were traveling out of the country for 3 weeks and researched cat doors for windows and this was a #1 product. We ordered the window 3 weeks before our trip. My husband installed and we started the training. Our 13 year old cat took to it quickly. She spent the 3 weeks able to go and come in the house as she pleased. I have a camera on the cat door to watch. Great product and wished I had done it years ago.

I was reluctant to purchase this item, as I didn't know whether my cat would fit through or use it. Also, I was not sure it would fit. But with the expert advice from the company via text message, I was able to measure and order the right size. It was a wee bit too big, but it was super easy to cut/adjust it. I didn't need any special tools - just a small saw and a pen/ruler to mark where to cut. It was surprisingly easy. Definitely I would recommend this item for others. And yes, my cat fits and yes, he is getting used to using it! A win/win situation. I also want to send a shout-out for amazingly quick and friendly response to all of my questions. Excellent customer service!

I appreciate the good instructions on how to measure your window, and the company's follow up via text and pictures of my window tracks. The cat flap arrived and fit perfectly in the window. No tools! Chuck can now come and go as he pleases. Plus, the locking mechanism is easy and I can keep chuck in when I need to.

My cats had access to our enclosed sunroom via a great dane sized pet door in our storm door. We no longer have a great dane, and leaving the main door opened allowed hot and cold air to come in via the flap. I found this window door option while searching for a replacement storm door for pets. We love this. Our cats now go out the window, the storm door has been replaced with a full glass door, and the main door is shut. I imagine our utility bill will improve as the house feels better already.

With this my cat has the freedom to roam outside instead of being stuck a room when I'm out an about. I measured my window and Liz even texted me after they received my order to confirm measurements. It was a pain to squeeze in but at least I know there is no chance someone could pop it out! I cut a dowel down to size to fit it in-between the top of the window and the top of the window frame. This ensures there's no way for someone to open the window further. The lock on the cat door is very sturdy. My cat loves it! I'll be sure to put some installation foam in-between the window sill and cat door, but that's just due to the fact that the windows are very old. Who knows, this probably improved the insulation of the window!

So nice no more getting up even in the middle of the night to cats crying to get out or in at my bedroom window. We live on many acres and have 2 wooded areas on our property so my only issue is the occaisional incident of one of my "hunters" bringing their prey in with them.
