I love the kitty door. I also added a cage that is around 5 feet x3 feet to the outside so they can enjoy the night but still feel safe. They learned to use it so quickly. I did had to cut off a little on one side because the measurement was not right, but I believe the mistake was me not giving the right measurements. Thanks and keep up the great work and also supporting the shelters.
The catflap I bought was the perfect solution to install a cat door without having to damage my house's stucco finish.
More than the perfection of the product was the amazing customer service and communication from the company. You just don't see quick contact list I received anymore.
I could not be happier.
I was reluctant to purchase this item, as I didn't know whether my cat would fit through or use it. Also, I was not sure it would fit. But with the expert advice from the company via text message, I was able to measure and order the right size. It was a wee bit too big, but it was super easy to cut/adjust it. I didn't need any special tools - just a small saw and a pen/ruler to mark where to cut. It was surprisingly easy. Definitely I would recommend this item for others. And yes, my cat fits and yes, he is getting used to using it! A win/win situation. I also want to send a shout-out for amazingly quick and friendly response to all of my questions. Excellent customer service!
I got a very quick response to my order to double check that everything was right, and then it arrived in a very timely manner. The Window installment of our kitty door took 5 minutes, was a perfect fit and my cats love it.
I followed the directions for measuring. The door arrived but it was cut to exactly the measurement I provided. I reached out to customer service for advice and also to inquire about the insulating strip being damaged. I never received a response from the seller.
The door wasn’t going to fit in without being cut. So, I had to buy the $40 circular saw I was hoping to avoid acquiring by making this purchase and replace 2 sides of the weather stripping. If you’re hoping to plug and play, give a measurement of 1/4 in less or just do it yourself. After doing what amounts to 30% of the work required to make the door by fixing the door, I can’t say this was worth the money in my opinion.
