Thanks to our active furry friends, the swinging flaps get a lot of use and can sometimes crack or simply not look like new. You can order a replacement and we'll send you instructions on how to switch it out. It's nice and easy. You don't have to change out the entire framing, just the swinging center flap. We can send the entire flap as well if you'd like to change out the the frame as well. We have used various flaps over the years, so please send a photo of your flap as a text or email. We want to make sure we match it correctly. Thank you!

We provide free UPS ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States and $34.99 for Hawaii Alaska and Canada. Our turnaround time is approximately 3 to 5 days.

Easy switcheroo

Our guys had worn out their flap, inadvertently locking themselves out stepping on the mechanism. CFF were very kind, sending is replacement switches over the years, but this time we needed to change out the whole frame. It was pretty easy and is back to working perfectly again. =^..^=

I got the whole thing.

It was finally warm enough to install my new flap and frame. Took a while, cleaned window etc. YAY !! Works like a charm.

In love with our cat door

We have had our window cat door for 2 years now and JUST has to order a flap replaced since our cat goes in and out the flap about 50 times a day! That is held up for 2 years is quite impressive! ☺️ We got our replaced super fast with clear instructions on how to change it out and now we are back in business with letting our roamer gomin and out without opening and closing the door 50 times a day and having a good seal to keep the winter air out! You can't go wrong with this purchase! We absolutely love it!

I love it!

I was looking for a solution to enable my three kitties to get in and out of the screened porch without having to mess up my door or wall with installing a regular pet door, this fit the requirement perfectly! It fits very nicely, and I love the idea that if I ever want to remove it I can, because it is not permanent. The materials are very good quality, and I was even able to order a second replacement flap for future in case of wear and tear--with easy change out instructions. I ordered the larger flap size as I have one plump puss that I thought might need the extra size and I'm glad I did! We absolutely LOVE this idea/flap!! It was well worth the money, and I highly recommend it, thank you so much Cat flap Industries for a wonderful idea and product!
