Thanks to our active furry friends, the swinging flaps get a lot of use and can sometimes crack or simply not look like new. You can order a replacement, and we'll send you instructions on how to switch it out. It's nice and easy. You don't have to change out the entire framing, just the swinging center flap. We can send the entire flap as well if you'd like to change out the frame as well. We have used various flaps over the years, so please send a photo of your flap as a text or email. We want to make sure we match it correctly. Thank you!

The insert is amazing… It fits perfectly… I have to make some adjustments on the outside of my window … So they are still getting used to coming back in… But hopefully they will get it… The staff was was incredibly helpful!! 😻😻😻
I was so impressed with the customer service at CFF. They offered to take back the cat door and exchange it for a completely different window (at a fractional cost). They call and reach out and try so hard to make everything work out great. All around great people and I would recommend them highly to everyone. The door itself is very high quality. It is actually so clean that everyone thought it wasn't there. Seriously people had to put there hand on it to convince themselves the window wasn't just open! Ha ha

I purchased my Cat Flap 3 years ago and my cats started using it with no problem. The flap on the door got scratched so I wanted to replace it so we could see out of it again, once I contacted the owners they were very helpful in helping me make sure I purchased the correct one, Installation was easy and I am so happy to have everything looking new again.
Our guys had worn out their flap, inadvertently locking themselves out stepping on the mechanism. CFF were very kind, sending is replacement switches over the years, but this time we needed to change out the whole frame. It was pretty easy and is back to working perfectly again. =^..^=
It was finally warm enough to install my new flap and frame. Took a while, cleaned window etc. YAY !! Works like a charm.
We have had our window cat door for 2 years now and JUST has to order a flap replaced since our cat goes in and out the flap about 50 times a day! That is held up for 2 years is quite impressive! ☺️ We got our replaced super fast with clear instructions on how to change it out and now we are back in business with letting our roamer gomin and out without opening and closing the door 50 times a day and having a good seal to keep the winter air out! You can't go wrong with this purchase! We absolutely love it!
I was looking for a solution to enable my three kitties to get in and out of the screened porch without having to mess up my door or wall with installing a regular pet door, this fit the requirement perfectly! It fits very nicely, and I love the idea that if I ever want to remove it I can, because it is not permanent. The materials are very good quality, and I was even able to order a second replacement flap for future in case of wear and tear--with easy change out instructions. I ordered the larger flap size as I have one plump puss that I thought might need the extra size and I'm glad I did! We absolutely LOVE this idea/flap!! It was well worth the money, and I highly recommend it, thank you so much Cat flap Industries for a wonderful idea and product!

Wanted to get a new flap for cat window & backup weatherstrip for older flap. The weatherstrip had worn out over the past few years . Arrived pretty quick & a perfect fit.

I have 20 rescue cats and the Cat Flap is a life saver! My cats have 1000 sq ft of kitty proof fencing to go outside safely. The Cat Flap allows them access WITHOUT me having to heat/air condition Texas. Their CS is top notch, delivery times are great and product is AMAZING!!!

I like the flap-cat window ... I'm having trouble getting my cat to go in and out of it ... cat will go through only when flap is up ... any tricks to get the cat
