We use only the best flaps on the market — premium Cat Mate flaps — known for their durability and smooth operation. Our standard 6"x6" locking flap is included in the price and fits most cats up to 15 pounds. For our furrier friends, you can upgrade to the Cat Mate large four-way locking flap or choose the single-scan microchip flap available in white or dark gray for a sleek, high-end look. How to Install

Fantastic flap!

Please, do yourself a favor if you have indoor/outdoor cats. We ordered a custom sized plexi-glass insert, the first one came broken. We contacted them, and they shipped another one out immediately. It was the easiest, hassle free process.
We, along with our cats love the convenience of the flap. The staff we dealt with are friendly and they care.

Great Addition to Catio

My 4 cats and I are enjoying this flap so far. Customer service is spectacular! My cat hasn’t adapt to the flap yet so I have to tape it open until I can get them to use it. It’s a great addition to our catio to keep the insects outside. On a negative note, the unit does not sit securely in the window frame. The top and bottom edges are lined in a thin, weatherstipping which allows the insert to readily move about within the frame rather than gripping the frame. I think if they used a thicker, rubbery weatherstipping with more grip, it would hold itself in place better. I ordered the locks but feel that if someone wanted to break the plexiglass and get in, they could since it’s not 100% secure. But overall it serves its purpose.

It took about 10 days to train my cat to use the cat flap, but she really likes the freedom. She's a 10 lb cat, but I bought the larger flap with 4-way locks, and I'm glad I did. My biggest problem is with a wind that blows open the flap and lets in the outside cold/hot air. I may need to lock the flap when that happens.

Installation was easy, though the insert doesn’t sit as tightly as I’d expected, I do think it’ll keep bugs out. The door isn’t weather proof, of course, but it’s worth it to us for now. We’re thrilled our cat had access to our patio when we’re not home to let her out. Love the product — and the customer service!

The Cats LOVE IT!!!

What an amazing company and by far one of the best purchases for our cats! We live on the side of a steep hill and have a pretty high front deck with no steps/outdoor access. Our three cats have loved going out there to hang out and nap, but I was getting tired of them begging at the door constantly wanting in and out. This was the perfect solution!! We installed it in one of our large front windows and now they can come and go as they please. No more begging at the door!! If you're even thinking about getting one, DO IT!!! You won't regret it!!
